Tarsyn Core is a business-operations (ERP) application provided by Tarsyn Studio. It is used by organizations to run their internal operations — finance, production, logistics, and HR/payroll. It is not a consumer service: access requires an account issued by your organization ("the Company"), and the app stores no data until you sign in.
The app processes business data entered by authorized employees in the course of their work — including finance, production, logistics, HR/payroll, and document records — and account identity information (name, work email, and role) used to authenticate the user via the Company's Microsoft 365 directory or an email/password credential.
Authorized users may also upload documents and images as part of their work, including receipts, supplier and commercial invoices, bills of lading, customs/Bayan declarations, and employee identification documents such as passport and iqama (residency) copies. These files are stored on the Company's servers and are accessible only to authenticated, authorized users. Employee identification documents are collected for HR and statutory/compliance purposes only.
The app does not collect location data, contacts, the device camera roll, or any data for advertising. Photographs are only captured or selected when a user explicitly attaches a receipt or document.
To save manual data entry, documents and images you upload (for example receipts, invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations) may be sent to an automated extraction service — Google's Gemini API — solely to read the document and auto-fill form fields (such as amounts, dates, reference numbers, and weights). This processing is used only to populate the app for you; the content is not used to train AI models and is not used for any other purpose. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).
Data is used solely to operate the Company's internal business processes. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to run the system (hosting, accounting integration, shipment-tracking, and the automated document-extraction service described above) acting on the Company's behalf.
Data is stored on dedicated servers under the Company's control. Access is restricted to authenticated, authorized users and is logged. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS), and on-device app backups are disabled.
Business records are retained per the Company's record-keeping and statutory obligations. Employees may request access to or correction of their personal account data through their system administrator.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. See Account & Data Deletion for what is deleted, what is retained for statutory/accounting reasons, and how to make a request. You can also email info@tarsyn.ai.
For privacy questions, contact the system administrator or info@tarsyn.ai.
