Tarsyn Core — Account & Data Deletion

Tarsyn Core is a business-operations (ERP) application provided by Tarsyn Studio. Accounts are issued by your organization ("the Company"). This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, as required by Google Play.

How to request deletion

You can request that your account and personal data be deleted in either of these ways:

Email info@tarsyn.ai from your work email with the subject "Delete my account", or
Ask your system administrator to remove your account from the admin console.

Please include the work email address associated with your account. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your user account and login credentials.
Your personal identity data (name, work email, role) and any personal identification documents you uploaded (e.g. passport / iqama copies).
Your active sessions and authentication tokens.

What is retained, and why

Some business records cannot be deleted because the Company is legally required to keep them. The following are retained for the period required by Saudi accounting, tax (ZATCA), and record-keeping law, after which they are disposed of per the Company's retention schedule:

Financial and accounting records — invoices, payments, and transaction history.
Logistics and customs documents tied to completed shipments.
Audit-log entries required to maintain the integrity of business records.

Where records must be retained, any personal identifiers that are not legally required are removed or anonymized on request.
